This Privacy Policy explains how Light Rhino LLC(“Light Rhino,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) — the company that owns and operates CoCo, CoCo AI, and the website gococo.ai— collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website at gococo.ai, our application at app.gococo.ai, and our text-messaging service (collectively, the “Service”). CoCo is a personal AI executive assistant.

SMS consent & your mobile number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Information we collect

Account information — your name, email address, and, if you opt in to texts, your mobile phone number.
Content you connect — when you link services (such as calendar, email, tasks, or messaging), we access the data needed to provide assistant features on your behalf.
Messages — the content of messages you exchange with CoCo so it can respond and assist you.
Usage & device data — basic technical information such as IP address, browser/user-agent, and interactions with the Service.

How we use your information

To provide, operate, and improve the Service and its assistant features.
To send you text messages you have opted in to receive — reminders, briefings, follow-up nudges, and replies to your messages.
To communicate with you about your account and respond to support requests.
To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in, we send recurring automated text messages to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. We retain a record of your opt-in consent as required for compliance.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who process data on our behalf to run the Service (for example, cloud hosting, database, AI model, and messaging providers), under agreements that require them to protect it.
