These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of CoCo, CoCo AI, the website gococo.ai, the application at app.gococo.ai, and our text-messaging service (collectively, the “Service”) — all owned and operated by Light Rhino LLC(“Light Rhino,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

CoCo is a personal AI executive assistant that helps you stay organized across the tools and people in your life. Features and availability may change over time.

SMS / text-messaging program

• Opt-in. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our sign-up form, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from CoCo at that number.
• Message types. Reminders, daily briefings, follow-up nudges, and replies to messages you send CoCo.
• Frequency. Message frequency varies.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier.
• HELP. Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact us at support@gococo.ai.
• STOP. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
• Consent. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and the authorized user or owner of the mobile number you provide.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party providers you choose to connect. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. CoCo is an assistant tool and does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoCo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
